We use genuine or high-quality compatible parts based on availability and customer choice.
Estimated repair time may vary depending on the issue and part availability.
3. 💰 Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise mentioned.
We accept payments via cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and online payment gateways.
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase or upon delivery of the repaired device.
4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping of products (if applicable) will be done via trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.
Jyoti Mobile is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
5. 🔄 Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Mobile phones and accessories once sold are eligible for return or replacement only if found faulty or damaged during delivery.
For repair services, if the same issue persists within the warranty period, we will re-check and resolve it at no extra cost.
Refunds will be initiated only as per the eligibility and processed within 7–10 business days.
