At Jyoti Mobile, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide reliable products and services, but in rare cases, if you’re not satisfied or encounter issues, hereβs how we handle returns and refunds.
π± For Mobile Phones & Accessories
β Return Eligibility:
Products can be returned only if they are:
Damaged during delivery
Defective or not working out of the box
Wrong product delivered
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery for return eligibility.
β Not Eligible for Return:
Used or physically damaged products by the customer
Minor color/packaging differences
Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
π§ For Repair Services
β Rework/Check Warranty:
If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period (usually 7β15 days depending on the repair), we will re-check and fix it at no extra cost.
No monetary refund will be provided for services once rendered.
β Repair Refunds Are Not Applicable:
If the issue is due to new damage or unrelated faults
If the device was tampered with after service

If your return or rework is approved:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
Cash payments may be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
