π§ For Repair Services
β Whatβs Covered:
Screen replacement
Battery replacement
Charging port repair
Speaker, mic, camera repairs
We offer a limited 7 to 15 days service warranty (depending on the repair type) on eligible repairs.
β οΈ Warranty Conditions:
The same issue must reoccur during the warranty period.
Device must be untampered and in the same condition as returned.
Any third-party repair or misuse voids the warranty.
β Not Covered Under Warranty:
Physical damage after repair (e.g., cracked screen, water damage)
Software issues caused by unauthorized apps or updates
Issues not related to the original repair
Liquid damage repairs
π± For Mobile Phones & Accessories
β Brand Warranty (if applicable):
New mobile phones are covered by manufacturer warranty (usually 6 to 12 months).
For example: Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, Vivo, etc.Warranty is handled at the brand’s authorized service center only.
π Refurbished Phones:
Refurbished or open-box phones may come with limited in-store warranty (7 to 30 days) depending on the condition and product.
β Accessories Warranty:
Chargers, cables, and earphones typically have no warranty unless specified.
